寫樂 Sailor所有文章 All Articles Sailor Olympia (Egyption Hieroglyphs) 蝕刻不鏽鋼桿短鋼筆 18k-WG尖 by Wai Tat Jerry 2017 年 7 月 17 日 written by Wai Tat Jerry 2017 年 7 月 17 日 4.3K 尺寸資料含蓋：12.1 cm不含蓋：10.2 cm套蓋：14.2 cm 開始收集短鋼迄今原來未足一年，但也得了一套頗堪玩味的筆藏。而是次要介紹的，是目前我所有短鋼——以至所有鋼筆之中，最出類拔萃的一枝：Sailor Olympia。她的美豔，教人神往⋯⋯ 1976年，Sailor推出了一系列以古埃及象形文字為主題的筆，包括有鋼筆（長鋼）、自動鉛筆、原子筆、走珠筆。筆桿採用純銀，圖案為陽刻。每一種筆的圖案並不相同。不過，這個系列的鋼筆線除了普通長鋼，其實尚有兩位成員，即我手上這枝Olympia短鋼，以及三叉戟尖長鋼。她們有可能屬於未有正式量產售賣的「原型筆」，最大的不同是筆桿材質改用不鏽鋼。 網上並無Olympia的資料，「Olympia」之名只是我以其筆蓋上的刻字代稱之。有些外國筆友則據其筆桿圖案稱之「Egyption Hieroglyphs」。 Sailor 1976年產品目錄。可見古埃及象形文字系列長鋼、原子筆及自動鉛筆套裝FBS-36，當年定價為¥27000。(圖片來源：http://ameblo.jp/kamisama-samasama/entry-11999891994.html) Olympia的設計充滿異國風韻，不鏽鋼桿跟18k-WG 2號尖實在是絕配。Sailor高超的蝕刻工藝也在此筆上表現的淋灕盡致，古埃及文字圖案精細動人，無一絲毛邊。蝕刻筆桿摸起來凹凸有致，手感相當妙。可惜筆桿蝕刻工藝於八十年代因環境問題而被禁止，其後絕跡鋼筆界。 Olympia展現了超乎我想像的精緻度，難以想像這是一枝短鋼。雖然未能證實她是原型筆，但其稀有度是毋庸置疑的。還記得最初在網上論壇看見她的相片，我就已經默默動情，不過有網友稱Olympia「產量極低而幾乎不可能獲得」，存下她的相片之際我還在輕嘆「花二三十年總會遇到吧」。想不到兩個月後，我竟能將之收入囊中！追尋、不獲、得到，這就是收集鋼筆的樂趣所在。 余維達 Wai Tat JERRY YU 2017/7/17 Newsletter 訂閱電子報 Be the first to be notified when I update new articles! I saw you shared your joy on Facebook XD It’s really a rare and fantastic pocket pen! I also believe that this pen was made in steel rather than sterling silver. They did make a full set in sterling silver, with a pencil and a ballpoint pen, each priced at ¥7,000, and a full-length fountain pen priced at ¥13,000. This set, with the recessed areas darkened chemically instead of being painted, was marked SAILOR, not OLYMPIA. The only Olympia pen was this pocket pen. I believe it was commissioned by a pen shop called Olympia. Reply 娛生 2019 年 8 月 19 日 - 下午 10:43 Hi mandorix, Thank you for your sharing! I also saw that pen set in the catalogue of Sailor in 1976. Other than fountain pen, ballpoint pen and pencil, I also discovered that Sailor did produced rollerball pen. I believe that Olympia is a prototype pen and Sailor just named it “Olympia” for some reason. You suggest a good explanation on why Olympia is so different with its family. But do you have further information about why you draw this conclusion?
